Rooted in circus methodology, Somana uses highly efficient movement mechanics that demand full-body coordination, strength, and spatial awareness. Circus training is uniquely effective at developing neuromuscular control, joint integrity, and multi-planar strength simultaneously—maximizing results while minimizing unnecessary effort.

Somana stimulates cellular metabolism through coordinated movement, breath, and nervous-system engagement. This increases mitochondrial efficiency the body’s primary source of energy production resulting in greater vitality, bioelectrical coherence, and resilience. What ancient systems referred to as the light body is understood here as optimized cellular energy and systemic integration.

Somana reorganizes the nervous system through elemental movement principles—earth (stability), water (fluidity), fire (power), air (adaptability), and ether (integration). These archetypes correspond to fundamental biomechanical and neurological patterns, restoring efficient, instinctive movement and whole-system coordination.

Somana builds precise postural organization by training axial elongation, joint stacking, and load distribution. Proper posture is not aesthetic—it is biomechanical efficiency. By restoring alignment, the body moves with less strain, improved force transmission, and long-term structural resilience.

Somana begins with the densest structures of the body—bones, fascia, deep stabilizers—and progressively refines into subtler layers of coordination and perception. By strengthening the foundational tissues first, the nervous system gains safety and coherence, allowing subtler control, sensitivity, and integration to emerge naturally.
How do we move to activate our light body?
SOMANA is a practice of embodied transformation, where movement becomes a ritual for shedding what no longer serves and reclaiming presence in the body.
Through the integration of ballet, Pilates, HIIT, and conscious breathwork, we guide participants to awaken the body’s intelligence, release stored tension, and metabolize emotions that keep life stagnant.

I began as a circus artist, and that drive to push limits has shaped everything I do. I’ve long been obsessed with how the body is a temple that activates the full spectrum of our potential.
For over 15 years, I’ve trained students to feel stronger — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
My years with Momentom Collective, a global professional artist residency program I confounded, helped me birth this new iteration: a movement language for those who want to awaken the radiant intelligence of the body and sculpt themselves as energy made flesh.
The Somana Method is the system I’ve personally practiced for more than 15 years to stay fit, strong, and balanced.
Blending circus, ballet, yoga, and breathwork, Somana is designed to deliver results while building habits that last.
From training over 500 artists through Momentom, to supporting yoga teacher trainings worldwide, to now guiding hundreds through my Somana Method programs, I’ve seen firsthand what becomes possible when we training effectively, consistently, and rooted in effective movements.

While Somana integrates some elements of yoga and Pilates, it is not bound by any one modality. It is actually a really unique blend of circus, yoga, ballet and HITT. A conglomeration of the gems I have acquired over 10 years training movement artists, which blends functional movement, somatic awareness, and posture therapy to help you build a movement practice tailored to your body. This whole program is tailored to each person, which is not very common.
