While Somana integrates some elements of yoga and Pilates, it is not bound by any one modality. It is a unique blend of circus, yoga, ballet and HITT. A conglomeration of the gems I have acquired over 10 years training movement artists, which blends functional movement, somatic awareness, and posture therapy to help you build a movement practice tailored to your body.
