Somana:
10-Week Deep Dive
Informed by:
The Somana 10-Week Immersion
A 10‑week journey that treats the body as a primary pathway for transformation. As the body becomes more aligned, more organized, and more vital, the mind softens, the nervous system becomes more resourced, and our consciousness begins to move differently through us.
Across ten weeks, the program moves from the five densest muscle groups that shape posture and structural support, into the elemental forces that animate instinct, energy, feeling, breath, and perception, and finally into the subtle body — light, stillness, and integration.
Created for people with limited time, this immersion condenses the most effective exercises from circus, kundalini, and yoga, refined over 15 years of professional movement training, into a single structured path.

Inside the immersion, you’ll be guided through 10 live sessions with Gabrielle, supported by follow‑along practices and shorter top‑up sessions that keep your body gently engaged between calls. This structure lets you move from the denser muscular foundations of posture and support into elemental movement, breath, and finally the more subtle layers of light, stillness, and integration. Each session brings together movement, breathwork, meditation, and quiet reflection, so you can meet your body from different angles and return to the work through replay access whenever you need it.

Week 2: Glutes
In this practice, we work with this essential foundation: the muscles that allow us to walk with integrity, support the lower back, and hold the base of the spinal cord in clear, resilient alignment.

Week 3: Back
In this 25-minute practice, we target the entire back body — the erectors, lats, mid-back stabilizers, and upper-back postural muscles. As these muscles strengthen, we create space for the spine to rise, for breath to flow, and for the nervous system to soften.

Week 4: Core
This 25-minute practice targets the entire core, not just for strength, but for integration. We continue to nurture the five foundational postures for proper alignment while awakening the center of the body — the engine of our expression.

Week 6: Earth
We return to the root, to Earth as our first teacher.
We remember that we, too, are animals — part of the wild kingdom. Our bodies were designed to leap, jump, swing, run, gallop, pounce, and adapt with the same versatility and instinctive intelligence as our animal relatives.

Week 7: Fire
In this practice, we learn to burn through doubt, melt resistance, and move with the raw vitality that is already within us.
As we embody Fire, we rediscover our power, our clarity, and our infinite potential.

While Somana integrates some elements of yoga and Pilates, it is not bound by any one modality. It is actually a really unique blend of circus, yoga, ballet and HITT. A conglomeration of the gems I have acquired over 10 years training movement artists, which blends functional movement, somatic awareness, and posture therapy to help you build a movement practice tailored to your body. This whole program is tailored to each person, which is not very common.
-
You’ll need a yoga mat and enough space to move comfortably. You'll need one block, a resistance band and a smile!
-
Absolutely. Somana is especially beneficial for those navigating chronic pain, stiffness, or postural imbalances. Movements can be adapted, and you’re always encouraged to honor your body’s pace.
-
No. Somana is about building strength and mobility from wherever you are today. We focus on functional movement over flexibility or aesthetic goals.
